Data we access through Google and YouTube: When you connect your account, we access and store your Google profile information (name, email address and profile picture), your YouTube channel information (channel name, channel ID, thumbnail and subscriber count), and OAuth access and refresh tokens. With your authorization, we also upload and schedule videos on your behalf and read YouTube Analytics reports for your content.

How we use this data: We use Google and YouTube user data solely to provide the social media scheduling, publishing and analytics features of LetsPost that you request. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service or to comply with the law. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deleting data: You can disconnect your YouTube channel at any time inside LetsPost, or revoke LetsPost's access to your Google account via the Google security settings page. When you disconnect a channel or revoke access, we delete the associated API data and stored tokens within 7 days. You may also contact us at info@letstok.com to request deletion of your data.
